Delivery and Returns Policy

We will endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, we aim to despatch items within 5 working days.  The cost of delivery (including insurance) is indicated on the check-out page.  For bespoke commissions, we will keep you informed of progress during the making of your item(s) and despatch it/them to you as soon as possible.  


If there are any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately and in any case within 7 days of receiving your item(s), at hello@tornoturning.co.uk   


If any product is damaged in transit or is faulty when it arrives, it can be returned for a full refund or replacement.  Pease note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) unless it was delivered to you in error, or if the item is damaged or faulty.


Please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) Unless faulty, bespoke, commissioned items are not eligible for return.
